Murphy Homes Taps Avid Ratings for Customer Loyalty Insights

Madison, WI – Released June 5, 2014
Murphy Homes of Huntsville, Alabama has hired Avid Ratings to measure homebuyer satisfaction and provide guidance toward consistently delivering top-notch experiences for Murphy Homes’ customers.
Avid Ratings and Murphy Homes will implement three customized survey programs from Avid’s GoSurvey program suite. Avid will survey homebuyers at key points during the construction and ownership phases.
“Murphy Homes wants a complete picture of their customers’ home buying experience,” says Paul Cardis, Avid Ratings founder and CEO. Prior to the switch to Avid Ratings, Murphy Homes used a shorter customer survey hosted by one of Avid’s competitors.
“Comprehensive surveys provide a much deeper understanding of processes, services, and products from the customer’s perspective,” Cardis explains. “This kind of insight motivates employees and trades, and is a real game changer when an organization like Murphy Homes is striving to become the best homebuilder in the market, region, or even the nation. To that end, we’re very pleased to be their customer loyalty partner.”
